  • Treaty 3 is located in Northwestern Ontario and Southerneastern Manitoba.
  • Before treaties, communities had responsibilities given to them by the Creator, and they had fully functioning governing systems.
  • There are many discrepancies between what the Canadian government prepared as a written document and what the Anishinaabe agreed to.
  • Canada continues to this day to violate the agreements of Treaty 3.
